- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2020-06-05, by laura gStaff very unfriendly and very unhelpful. I rarely get asked if I need a hand, and if I ask for help I seem to be a nuisance for asking. Makes getting back into sewing, something I enjoy, very difficult and disheartening. 1 star for the odd time I get asked for help or get given advice without condescension.
