  I was trying to get a new phone, I waited 2 hours only to be given a 10 minute conversation on how I was a liar, and that any of the plans I mentioned to the person did not exist. It was the worst experiance I’ve had. I DO NOT recommend anyone going here for mobile services.

  Stood in line with two small children for over an hour to inquire about a plan offer for our cell phone. There was no one else able to answer or direct us. Once we got to the front of the line, the details, which were not available in any of the advertisements, said for new bell costumers only so with over and hour of wait we had our answer in less than a few seconds. What a waste of my time. Poor service and poorly executed.
