  My boyfriend bought me a beautiful necklace for my birthday. In two weeks a crystal had fallen out. I took the necklace back so it could be repaired. They told me it would take 4-6 weeks. Well I dropped it off on April 6th, it's now June 26th. Thats 11 weeks. Still no necklace. The ladies in the store have a "it's out of our hands" attitude and have done nothing to help me get my necklace tracked to see where abouts it is. I will not be buying from there again.

  My husband purchased a beautiful sapphire and diamond band and ring for r 10th anniversary. The owner helped him pick out the ring set. Absolutely the right choice.:) I was delighted and surprised. Had purchased a ring for my husband in PG 10 years ago, at another Ann-Louise store, when we first were married, and now my husband purchased my new sapphire and wedding ring set at the Ann-Louise store in Kamloops. I could not be more delighted with my husband's purchase Good service, good quality, so thank u:)
